I moved from theory of change to practice. And quickly. Today looking back I can say that have been guided by Isaiah Mcgee hypnotherapist for many years and have experienced significant tangible benefits. Yes you have an hour session, recieve recordings and follow through with the learning's session until the next time you meet. Those nuts and bolts are simple and repeatable.the accountability is baked in to the sessions.
