A Forgiveness Spree

By | September 15th, 2022|Uncategorized|

A Forgiveness Spree Okay, here’s a liberating, therapeutic take on the “F-word”… huh? No, not that f-word, another one: forgiveness. I say a therapeutic take because this word is so often maligned, misunderstood, and tossed into the benign bin of religious or other contextual rhetoric that it renders its potency on face value seemingly ineffective or reduced to a fleeting gesture. By the end of this exploration, you’ll look forward to engaging atrue forgiveness spree as if it were a shopping spree – but with much more lasting results. Therapeutically, a true [...]

You, The Decision Maker

By | August 11th, 2022|Uncategorized|

Want to know a most direct way to empower healing in your life? (‘Healing’ is a term therapeutically referencing any dynamic one desires to see greater well-being in, or with, i.e.,health, finances, relationship, career, esteem, peace, worthiness, etc.). A direct way to leverage well-being progress is to understand the true nature of decision-making. Contrary to common assumption, you never make decisions ‘about’ something [...]

The Enticement of Distress

By | June 9th, 2022|Uncategorized|

The Enticement of Distress I was in a hypnotherapy session with a client who was very sincere about accommodating well-being, however, the person finds themself in a tumultuous relationship with their mate. The tit-for-tat, the back and forth, the who’s right and wrong of it all – very exasperating, taxing, and stressful for the client. [...]

How U Know U R Enough

By | June 9th, 2022|Uncategorized|

U R ENOUGH In client session work, I, when called for, engage a particular therapeutic hypnosis imagery process to align a person’s subconscious self-perception with a true recognition of their enoughness – that you are enough, in spite of the world’s propaganda designed to exploit vulnerability.  In a world that conditions the perception that you [...]

How to Empower Trust

By | June 9th, 2022|Uncategorized|

How to empower trust Going to take a most unorthodox approach (don’t all these newsletter posts do that?) to the idea of trust. We all know the familiar troupes, “Trust your intuition,” “Trust your first mind” “Trust but verify,” “Trust is earned,” … and the many subjective variations and themes on this idea of trust. [...]

A World Appearing In Turmoil?

By | January 12th, 2022|Uncategorized|

A World Appearing In Turmoil ? I need not detail the too numerous-to-count phenomena inundating and overwhelming many of us – heighten and amplified by a once-in-a-lifetime contagion scourging the planet. You seemingly can’t get away from awareness of it. You don’t need yet another recital of the litany of matters that make you want [...]

Accelerate progress X 10

By | December 14th, 2021|Uncategorized|

Accelerate progress X 10 Thinking with mind rather than brain.  Most think the Mind and the brain are synonymous with each other – nothing could be further from the truth. For most, though not conscious of this predicament, the process of thinking consists of recycling what the brain has already absorbed.  We don’t so much [...]

Anything’s Possible

By | December 9th, 2021|Uncategorized|

“Anything’s possible.” Most give lip service to such bromides as this.  Often, this idea is reduced to a coping mechanism at best and fantasy escapism at worst. But we, here at the “school for let’s make it real academy,” (wink) don’t play that. When ‘anything’s possible’ is resigned to attitudes of positivity or optimism (casting [...]

Your Past: Relevant or Not?

By | November 9th, 2021|Uncategorized|

Would anything be significant in your life if the past wasn’t its reference point? Interesting question. Would joy be relevant if past joy or sorrow was not used as contrast? These questions are not about existential navel-gazing, but rather, a pointed examination of how relevant the past is to the potential of now. We filter [...]

The Confidence Code

By | November 9th, 2021|Uncategorized|

There is a paramount difference between confidence as a consequence and confidence as an aim. The former is a result of understanding, and the latter is a chasing perpetrated from an illusion. Everything about one’s identity can be summed up as a reflection of one of two choices. You are either choosing your true identity, which has nothing to do with the programming the brain has absorbed, or the illusion of yourself wrought from the brain’s conditioning.
