Want to be free of all lies and manipulation?

“If a matter in your life doesn’t reflect a wholly nourishing, life-affirming, thriving state – then it is a lie; a deception.”

There are numerous reactions, takes, opinions and condemnations about the strife, chaos, conflict, lies and manipulation witnessed on the world stage. We become righteous in our condemnation of what we objectify, however, how to no longer be the perpetrator of lies and become free is a matter of sober recognition.

Some choose to defiantly ignore what appears as blatant deception on the world stage, some choose to righteously fight it, others choose to critically judge it, and others, to willfully participate in it. The truth of the matter is, we – society – have reduced deception to a relative phenomenon.

So much so that if we participate in a commonly held deception, we don’t even recognize it as deception. And here’s where I ask you to take yourself to task: if a matter in your life doesn’t reflect a wholly nourishing, life-affirming, thriving state – then it is a lie; a deception.

It is difficult to stand on your almighty, high-horse judgments of the deceitful deceptions witnessed on the world stage when you most probably are deceiving yourself right now.

Remember, if something doesn’t reflect a wholly nourishing, life-affirming, thriving state, it is a lie, a deception. With that reminder, view your health, your finances, your relationships, your career purpose, your self-esteem, your peace of mind, your state of joy… are you deceiving yourself by perpetrating suffering in one or more of these areas?

How to no longer be the perpetrator of lies and become free begins and ends with recognizing that anything that does not reflect your freedom is a lie. Instead of projecting disgust with your own self-deception on what you witness in the world, choose to be determined to end your own self-deception of buying into illness, lack, conflict, dysfunction.

Just because a limiting condition witnessed in your life is a commonly held condition (illness, lack, relationship troubles, work or self-esteem issues, etc.) – does not make it a “lesser” lie to be written off as “that’s life.” … That’s, pardon my French, bullshit.

Nor do you use any unsatisfactory condition in your life as opportunity to self-judge or criticize yourself as part of the conspiracy to maintain the suffering deception. How to no longer be the perpetrator of lies and become free is accomplished by a sober recognition that all suffering is sustained by efforts to maintain a lie.

Decide that anything unsatisfying in your life is a lie and then you welcome the leverage for ending the brainwashing of the lie. All suffering is some form of brainwashing. If you declare it a lie (the first step in telling the truth) then you are able to welcome the truth – your wholly nourishing, life-affirming, thriving state of being.

How can you welcome the truth of relationship harmony when you’ve “bought” the lie of conflict? How can you welcome radiant health when you’ve bought the lie idea of deterioration and illness? How can you welcome your abundant nature to express when you have bought the lie of lack?

All struggle stems from trying to change a lie while at the same time holding on to its validity. End the deceit itself and welcomed change occurs as a consequence – not as an effort.

Your most effective means for ending the conscious and unconscious deceptions you have been participating in is to forgive them. Not chastise then, beret them, condemn them, run from them, exchange them, curse them or even try to “heal” them. Just forgive them. This act means you understand that it was a mistake (“mis-take”) of belief – not of will.

Deem yourself worthy of all good things – and it is so because you are no longer deceiving yourself.

Utmost regards,

a conscious life hypnotherapy
